This is a practical, human session focused on understanding emotions – yours and other people’s – and using that awareness to communicate more effectively. Not psychology theory. Not labels. Just tools that help you read the room, manage yourself and respond with intention.
The focus is on how emotions influence decisions, behaviour and relationships, often without being named.
