Sometimes you just need: Space. Time. A proper conversation.
That’s where this work starts.
What this actually is
Most people don’t need more advice.
They need space to think, with someone who knows how to listen.
I call it a Focus Hour.
It’s a conversation where you can think out loud, untangle what’s going on, and work through whatever feels most important. I’ll listen, challenge where it’s useful, and help you see what’s really underneath it.

The thing that’s been holding you back.
What we work on
We focus on how you show up when it matters.
That means:
- speaking clearly without overthinking
- staying present under pressure
- managing nerves instead of fighting them
- connecting with people, not performing at them
- trusting yourself in the moment
This is emotional intelligence in action, using tools from acting, voice, and real-world communication.
I won’t try to turn you into someone else.
We build on what’s already there and make it work when it counts.

1:1 coaching, tailored to you and your situation
Typically three sessions, one hour each
Online or in person (York / Leeds / Manchester by arrangement)
Each session is focused, practical, and grounded in your real world.
You’ll leave knowing what to do next, not just what to think.
